The American government has trouble paying students’ tuition due to the bad economy. However, there are several ways that the U.S. could improve its economy and could save enough money in their funds, so they can easily offer everyone a free education here in the U.S. To make this possible, they need to put America back to work because high unemployment bring wages down and this negatively affect the economy. Furthermore, America should stop spending billions of dollars to its military that has been sent to Afghanistan for war on terrorism for decades and this is what badly impact the U.S. regime. If America would have spent that much money here in the U.S. to improve its education system, they would not have regret about the economy now because they would have known that their investment will improve American economy. They are not working full time so that they can support their family, but to pay for their tuition. However, those who are full time students are also working, but part time because they are getting Financial Aid and only have to very little out of their pocket. They can’t fully concentrate on their education because most of their time is been taken for work and they don’t get enough time to study. Thus, most students drop their classes or end up failing. For instance, one of my friends who was an international student, paid $1200 for his English class last semester. He was a quite brilliant student, but couldn’t keep up with the class because he was working full time and had no time to study. Therefore. He ended up dropping his class. However, if students get an opportunity of getting free education, most students I would say quit their jobs and would focus on their study.
