Focus: Angel will comply with the rules of the home, school and community. Ms. Smalls (MHP) and Ms. Smith (MHS) attend an Individual Education Plan (IEP) meeting.
Intervention: MHP attend Angel IEP meeting to provide MHS support. MHP asks questions of education track, intelligence quotient (IQ) and ways to assist Angel while in foster care.
Response: The education team review the prior IEP and explain each section to MHS. Each member of the education team explains their class and role to prepare Angel in a short time ready for high school. It was explained Angel missed the school tour of Fort Dorchester High School, however the foster parent can call for a tour. Angel is the vocational track unable to obtain a diploma based on her past school
