Introduction
This assignment is drawn as a case study about forensic psychology in which rape allegations have been made by one party to another party. This case study will analyze different elements and factors which are related to this case. The role of forensic psychology will be discussed in a manner so that the impacts and consequences of the issue will be further examined and elaborated. Forensic psychology can be defined as the submission and utilization of clinical specialties to legal ground. It is a psychological evaluation and appraisal of an individual who are involved directly or indirectly in a legal system (Weiner & Goldstein, 2003).
Psychological Issues, Features or Characteristics
The psychological issues, features and characteristics, all are important aspect in this case which must be considered by an investigation team (Alison, 2013). First of all, there is a need to understand what could be the reasons and factors which are involved in this rape allegation case. There are examples and incidences which suggest that rape allegations can be false and wrong at times. In these examples the element of taking revenge from one party with another party has been identified (Saunders, 2012). The team must be aware of the fact that in this case the CCTV camera showed that Mr. Lucas and Ms. Kijeck met in the nightclub and they had discussion as well.
