Introduction
This essay is an annotated bibliography of two articles to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy and quality of Family centered-care as perceived by children nurses and its practice within the hospital.
Family centered-care is a modern nursing care philosophy which evolves as a result of distressed, isolation and trauma experienced by hospitalised ill children and their family during their treatment. It underpins the international current practice of children nursing. Thus, Family centered-care involves establishing an effective and efficient relationship between the patient's and their families as an entity, and that of a nurse; it comprises children nurse's values, attitudes and approaches to medical facilities for children and their families (Anon, 2015).

Article2 is an academic writing about the importance of children nurse possesses a good and effective professional relationship with their patients and family.
