Why We Shouldn’t Change The Driving Age
There’s been a lot of debate going on in regards to the legal driving age. Should we keep it as it is (16 years old) or raise it (18 years old)? Which is safer? Do we need to? Well, I’m here to tell you that there’s no need to change the driving age limit. In fact, raising the age should be a last resort.
A lot of people point out that 16-year-olds are prone to accidents when it comes to driving. While this is very true, it’s not likely that it’s because of their age; it’s because they’re new when it comes to being behind the wheel.
