I. A. Ray Kroc once said, “ The quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves.”

B. Macbeth was written by William Shakespeare and was first performed in 1606. Macbeth was great and loyal soldier. King Duncan rewarded Macbeth with the Thane of Cowdor because he was loyal. A couple witches approached Macbeth and told him that in his future he was going to be a higher king. Lady Macbeth talked Macbeth into killing King Duncan so that Macbeth would be the new king.

C. According to Machiavelli's The Prince, Macbeth was not a strong and capable leader because he was cruel and was controlled easily.

Macbeth was controlled by Lady Macbeth. She told him that he was too nice, when he was told this it made him mad so he went and killed King Duncan.
Lady Macbeth made Macbeth be evil and be cruel.
