Social systems are different groups of people interacting with each other in a way where their behavior is arranged by a distinguished pattern of relationships. Organization structure includes coordination, control, and administration throughout the workplace which all aim for the organization goal. The organization culture is made up through expectations, trust, principles and norms. Finally, Communication is the base in which sets everything together through a message of the vision and elaborates on what and how things are going to group together between verbal, email, phone, meetings and so much more. In order to manage an organization the key is to bring each strategy together and plug them into your employees and work. Social order is made and remade through people’s behaviours, interactions and choices and is neither static nor fixed. This essay will provide examples of the ways in which social order is made and remade and how this happens on both a formal and informal level, although when disorder occurs, it is clear to see the level of work that goes into the making and remaking of social order (Blakeley, 2014, p85).
Social orders have existed for many years and have been passed down from one generation to another. In history class we have discovered that “social order” was a product of “civilized” societies. Social order was the structure of a civilized society created by human and it determines where one is placed and their duty. The way social order was justified was through philosophical and religious beliefs and morals. The wealthy and the people who reinforce these justifications are the ones who benefit from a social order. I’ll be supporting my paper on social order through information from Vedic India and China.
Organizational culture is the system of shared beliefs and values that develops within an organization and guides the behavior of its members, while organizational structure is an expression of social and economic principles of hierarchy and specialization (Kinicki, 2015). Both the culture and the structure of an organization are important things for management to understand in order to successfully set and achieve an organization’s goals. Companies who excel in highly competitive fields can attribute their successful economic performance to a cohesive corporate culture that increases competitiveness and profitability. This culture is best utilized in an organization that has the necessary structure to allow its employees to coordinate their actions to achieve its goals.

Social constructionism can be defined as the ways in which society, culture and history builds up and dictates social norms. It shapes the way we think, behave and interact with our environment. The social environment has a massive influence on the physical and mental health of individuals. Despite the international system being anarchical, it is not in a state of total chaos due to a number of significant factors such as those above. It is obvious that the current international system is highly influenced by many significant factors and some are more prominent than others. With the continued existence of international anarchy it is up to the States and the International Organisations to continue to make the decisions that are in their own best interest and to maintain order and an ever-improving way of life.
Organizational structure indicates to how the work of employees and teams within an organization is coordinated. In order to obtain organizational goals, individual work needs to be coordinated and managed. Structure is an important instrument in obtaining coordination, as it appoints reporting relations (who reports to whom), designs formal communication channels, and portray how different actions of individuals are linked together.
There are a variety of ways in which religions may function as means of social control in small scale and state type societies. The meaning of social control is “the process that, through both informal and formal mechanisms, maintain orderly social life” (Miller 2011:174). The system of social control includes, “informal social controls that exist through socialization for proper behavior, education, and peer pressure’ (Miller 2011:175). Some places may also have “codified rules about proper behavior and punishments for deviation”. An example of a micro culture that would tie in with the informal social control is the Amish and the Mennonites.
Separation among society is a problem in lots of countries, and that is one of the many reasons they are falling apart. Separation among society is the process of separating different people to different places in the society to make them all feel special. The United States of America shows separation among society. The question, “ What makes a good society” is never the same for every individual that comes across trying to answer this sociological question. What may work in one society, may not work in another. But I am guessing you already new that. Depending on the type of culture, location and era; a good society can be anything. If you were to have been raised in the western side of the world, your good society is one of a democracy. Where the people have power and we have checks and balances in our government. But what if you were raised in the east, were people live in a socialist-communistic society. Where the government has the power and people are treated equally. Who is to say which type of society is “good”?
