There are many different treatments for erectile dysfunction. These treatments range from surgical procedures to natural remedies. This is a conversation that you will need to have with your doctor to determine what is the best course for you. What works for one man may not work for every man.

The last natural way to help with the symptoms of ED is by exercising. When you are doing these exercises you will need to make sure to work your pelvic muscles. This will allow you to be more able to keep an eructation. There are a few different types of exercise but the one that has had the most success is Kegel. Kegel exercises have been specifically formulated for helping to relive ED symptoms. Walking is also a good exercise that help you get into shape, if you are not already. Walking is a good cardio exercise for just about everyone and can be easily incorporated into anyone’s daily routine. Using a surgical treatment should only be used as a last resort. The main reason for this is that there can be major complications like the implanted device could erode through the flesh causing infection and pain. This can also leave your penis looking odd or disfigured. There are a couple different goals that can be achieved by choosing a surgical solution. The main goals that can be achieved is the alleviation of the symptoms of ED. This is done by surgically inserting a penile implant.
There are two different types of implant that can be used. The most common is semi rigid or malleable rod implant. This implant has the benefit that the surgery is relatively simple and has few complications. The next type is either a partial of fully inflated able implant. In my opinion this method is only good for men that do not want to be the biological father of any children in the future. Men who are sensative to surgery should think hard before they proceed with this.

There are many sub divisions of therapies focusing on different routes of cure/prevention. Biologically, chemotherapy and psychosurgeries are available; but below I will discuss the treatments available psychologically. Psychologically, there are various treatments mainly the psychodynamic and the behavioural approach. The main psychodynamic therapy is psychoanalysis and brief psychodynamic therapy and the main behavioural approaches are the behaviour therapy and behavioural modification.
A vast amount of men and women suffer from some type of sexual dysfunction. Researchers have identified a number of factors that may contribute to or perpetuate sexual dysfunction, including, but not limited to, performance anxiety. Performance anxiety is defined as an obsession about the adequate pleasing of one’s partner during the act of sexual intercourse. Rather than focusing on the pleasurable benefits that one can receive from intercourse, the individual experiencing performance anxiety is focused on how well he or she is performing (McCabe, 2005). Oftentimes, someone who suffers from a sexual dysfunction experiences increased performance anxiety because he or she feels that the dysfunction inhibits performance, thus they think the sex is not satisfactory for their partner.
Many times the simplest cures are the best, so try doing yoga 3-4 times a week for four weeks to see if your energy levels improve. Remember to focus on getting enough sleep, eating right, and consistently moving your body.
