Environmental racism is a placement with low-incomes or opposition communities that have a hazardous environmentally, such as toxic waste, pollution. Climate change really does not have a day when it began. However, climate change came to people's attention or the media during the time period of 1930 to 1940("A Brief History of Climate Change."
