My Life in a Sustainable Manner I, Hebah Gaballa, am trying to change my habits into living a sustainable behavior. Living sustainable would mean for people who are trying or are living sustainable would not be using up or trying to poison the environment faster than the environment has to be able to restore or replenish its value. Living sustainable would also mean a way to decrease my footprint in the world. I am working on increasing sustainable behavior in my life with myself and with my family. I have started to already with having solar panels on my house. It took my husband and I a while before deciding to actually go through with it but in the end we finally decided to go through with it. Now, besides being good for the environment, it helps us save lots of money as well. I have implemented gardens in my backyard. I have a variety of fruits trees in my backyard as well. I also have olive trees. In my garden I have fruits and vegetables in it. I have my daughters always outside with me and learning different methods and ways for them to love gardening and ways for them to enjoy it. I decided a while back to get free- range chickens as well in my backyard and my girls love it. I am in the process now of removing grass from my front yard and backyard and cementing it for a larger outdoor playing area for the kids.
