Have you ever heard the statement you are what you eat? I was eating what I wanted to eat and did not care if the food that I ate was healthy or not. I loved deep fried food and food which is made from flour. I was so shocked when I wore my clothes and they became too small for me. Moreover, when I was looking at myself at mirror, I looked bigger and gained a lot on my weight. These things made me realize that what I ate effect to my shape and my health so I changed my eating habits from eating unhealthy food to healthy food. I believed that these Thai foods, green papaya salad, tomyum soup and spicy minced pork salad are healthy food and full of nutrients. The first dish of Thai food that I would like to recommend is green papaya salad. This dish is easy to do and healthy. The main ingredient of this dish is green papaya which people can buy at any grocery store. Another ingredient is Thai salad dressing; lemon, sugar, soy sauce, and chili by mixed them together. The main ingredient of this dish is minced pork; people might use other meat such as chicken, shrimp or squid. This is full of Thai herbs; chili, basil, red onion and mint leaf. There is a secret ingredient that helps this dish to have more flavors. Roast rice powder which is made from rice, heat on the pan, and blend it. This dish just is mixed with meat, Thai herbs, roasted rice powder, fish source and lemon together. It is easily done and healthy. Thai herb is useful vegetable and good for health. It smells good and also helps people have a good appetite. Moreover, spicy mince pork salad provides high protein but low calorie. Thai people always eat this dish with fresh vegetables especially lettuce and cabbage. This dish is full of vegetables so it is healthy
