For our research we decided to go on and research trauma and what it did to people. We researched situations involving trauma and how people react to it. There were many situations of traumatic situations and how it has left different people to act certain ways or that has left them scarred for life.
In our research we will include information from a trauma nurse on how many people go to the ER due to accidents on drunk drivers. The reason why we chose to do this project is because many students or minors that drive go out on the weekends and drink. Even though many of these people don’t get drunk, they drink to the point where they are buzzed and even that is bad, because they are not fully aware of what’s happening on the road so that is already a mistake they made and someone’s life they’re putting at danger. …show more content…

We also decided to go into deep research to find an actual patient or a person who was harmed do to a drunk driver, we also want to include someone who lost their loved one due to a drunk driver. In this research we will have information on drunk drivers, information from a trauma nurse, and what her thoughts on drunk drivers is. Some couple of things that still have to be researched at this point are actual accidents and get information on those who have been harmed or in tragic accidents due to drunk drivers. We believe this project will be successful in the way that it will be an eye opener to many teens because they will be more aware of the damage they cause when they decide to get in the car and drive after they have been drinking.
