For instance, to have an abortion a woman should take a class on what abortion is and what they will do so women can be aware of how an abortion is performed. The second thing they should do is provide more options other than abortion that can be adoption or asking family to be involved or ask government programs to help with the finances for the child. Before having an abortion, woman should hear their family members or the father of the child to see if their opinion of the woman family help. Another thing that the law should do is educate woman of how good it is being a mother and the bad part of being a mother. Then, after that the law should have the woman to decide if they want to be a parent or not. I believe making the abortion law strict will help with people in the rational moments and the only exception for women is if the woman were rape or the child is endangerment to the woman’s life and health. Wade decision which declared abortion "fundamental right.” The ruling recognized the right of the individual “to be free from unwanted governmental intrusion into matters so fundamentally affecting a person as the right of a woman to decide whether or not to terminate her pregnancy.” (US Supreme Court, 1973) This federal-level ruling took effect, legalizing abortion for all women nationwide.

Even though women are being recognized more in society, they still face difficult issues. Sexism –especially in the workforce –is becoming a major issue, birth control pills are still not popular, and abortions are frowned upon in society. The case Roe v. Wade is about a woman with the fake name of Jane Roe who wanted an abortion but the state of Texas would not let her unless her life was in danger.
