Recommended: Leadership in the medical field

My experience in doctor sastry’s office: I was so fortunate to get an observer ship opportunity, and to get my first clinical experience in USA in Dr. Sastry’s office. I went every day with enthusiasm and great excitement to gain knowledge, build experience, and enhance my skills.
 Doctor Sastry With his patients:
DR. Sastry is a unique doctor with a wonderful personality; he has a terrific communication skill. He can get connected to the patient and touch their heart very quickly. Patients always say: “he is the best”, “I love him”, “I got the best doctor in the world”, “you saved my life”. I was impressed; by the life long relationship doctor sastry has with his patients, you can’t believe they are like a real family. He …show more content…

He has great analytic mind in reaching the diagnosis and put the management approach in very logic and simple way. He handles the patient as whole and he would treat any condition beyond his specialty and he always say :(( human body is integrated machine, don’t shut your eyes down from other problem that patients might have).
 His philosophy in life:
Dr. Sastry is someone with a vast knowledge and deep wisdom, not only in medicine but also in daily life matters and human relationships. He always reflects on small details in life; such as bird, trees and the cosmos. He also reflects about our daily life and he calls it (the real drama of life.) That makes him very humble. He is very generous in sharing his knowledge and wisdom with his patient and students. He is interested in giving advices in relationships matters too.
Doctor Sastry was treated us and his staff like his children; he would advise and encourage us all the time. He would never pick in small matters; yet he is very discipline.
