Personal freedom is a feeling that individuals search for all their life. The autonomy to choose how we live our own lives is one that others will judge regardless if it’s traditional or unconventional. Judgement from others doesn’t stop due to race, gender, and skin-color we as people have to use are autonomy the best of our ability. There are many times when you are away from certain people you are much more confident, assertive and a strong individual. Nevertheless, once you are around another individual you become meek, submissive, and wanting to please the individual. I find that to empower another is complimenting a person on their work. Many times we want a compliment on doing a good job so do others. Kindness towards another allows for you to make a small difference in there day or even mood. Kindness towards another big or small has the ability to make a change in another. I use inspiring daily quotes for myself and others this allows for me to project positivity around my work area and my mindset. I personally have been in both situations of having a person make me feel meek and submissive and another person making me feel empowered and inspired. My aunt is of the traditional mindset and life however I am untraditional in how I procced with my life. Once I am around her I begin to become another person who feels has no control on their life once leaving my interaction with her I begin to feel bad about myself. How I deal with her is I remove myself from her presence due to if a person doesn’t make me feel good about myself once I leave the interaction with them, why remain to be around them. When I am around people who make me feel empowered I feel as though I can complete all my dreams and
