The remix is not an unfamiliar word to us; most people know it is a part of a larger process of adaptation. A remix involves many resources by adding, removing and changing the original parts like the modes, genres, and materials into something completely different or opposite. Remix is everywhere it could be movies, and music or even pizza. This food, which is pizza has gone beyond the language and culture barrier, acceptance by the national consumers. But this food actually comes from where and when, there is no way to investigate.

In fact, that he was right, he opened a pizzeria called Pizzeria UNO, which specializes in Deep-Dish Pizza, and thus began a Chicago-style pizza. The Chicago locals are very proud of these pizza and the visitors from other cities or countries will not miss this. There are two kinds of them, Deep-Dish Pizza and Stuffed Pizza.
Deep-Dish Pizza like the name of this pizza says it was made with high-side pan, a deep layer of dough that wrapped around the pan like a bowl. The way that creator made this Pizza is completely different than the traditional way; he made the dough like a bowl. In addition, it had a lot of layered toppings and spread the special make tomato sauce with cheese over the surface.
Stuffed Pizza, it basically mixes the Italian Easter Pie from Potenza. The appearance of this pizza is very similar to Deep-Dish Pizza. But on the top of toppings, it added a layer of thin dough. So the toppings were wrapped up into a big pie, then spread the tomato sauce and cheese on the surface. This pizza is much higher and had more toppings than Deep-Dish
