A remix involves many resources by adding, removing and changing the original parts like the modes, genres, and materials into something completely different or opposite. Remix is everywhere it could be movies, and music or even pizza. This food, which is pizza has gone beyond the language and culture barrier, acceptance by the national consumers. But this food actually comes from where and when, there is no way to investigate.

The pizza was the most popular food in the world, and there are various types of pizza around us. Different culture or areas have different pizza. Like here in Chicago, we have Deep-Dish Pizza and many different kinds of pizza around the world. Most people don’t know the history of pizza, where did this food come from, or they don’t even care about this. One of my friends told me that pizza was American food and invented by Americans. I asked him if this was the case, why did they give it an Italian name? Then he argued with me that the word "pizza" is not Italian. However, if you did more research, you will be surprised; they’re remixed. The usual practice of pizza is to generally be topped with tomato sauce, cheese on a fermented bread, and baked in an oven. It is commonly topped with sliced meats, vegetables, and other ingredients. The history of pizza was very indistinct, it is hearsay says that it When Marco Polo returned to Italy, he missed scallion pancakes that he found in China. Marco Polo asked chefs from Naples, to make the scallion pancakes. However, he did not know how to put the filling into pancakes. He just stuffing distributed over the surface of the pancake. Later, the chief returned to Naples. He mixes the pancakes, cheese and other filling on the surface. Therefore, Pizza is made and become popular. If this was true, you can see the pizza is remixed, the creator mixes Chinese pancake and Italian cheese together, then created pizza. Otherwise, it still remixed. It mixes the flat bread with tomato sauce and cheese all together to create a new food. We’re not sure about the real origin of pizza, but then we know that modern pizza is from Naples. By the time, people think that tomato was poisonous and only used for decoration. But the poor peasants of Naples using this “poisonous” fruit in many of their foods, including the early pizzas. Here in the U.S. the varieties that "pizza" is available in are staggering. Toppings defy the imagination. I guess it would be like what we call "remix" that is a blending of foods from different cultures. Since I am live in Chicago, I would like to talk about the Chicago Style Pizza. I think it was the most successful “remix” pizza in the world because I love it so much. It was mixed Pancake, Pie, Italian Pizza together with a lot of toppings in it. Also, it was the first pizza I have ate in my life. When I first came to Chicago, I heard a lot of people talking about the Deep-Dish pizza and how delicious it was. So, I went to the restaurant and ordered one Deep-Dish pizza. It took me about 40 minutes to get this pizza because it was fresh made and baked. In 1943, Ike Sewell invented a Deep-Dish Pizza; Ike believed that if you add a lot of toppings within a pizza (especially sausage), it will be the choice of people hearty cuisine.
In fact, that he was right, he opened a pizzeria called Pizzeria UNO, which specializes in Deep-Dish Pizza, and thus began a Chicago-style pizza. The Chicago locals are very proud of these pizza and the visitors from other cities or countries will not miss this. There are two kinds of them, Deep-Dish Pizza and Stuffed Pizza.
Deep-Dish Pizza like the name of this pizza says it was made with high-side pan, a deep layer of dough that wrapped around the pan like a bowl. The way that creator made this Pizza is completely different than the traditional way; he made the dough like a bowl. In addition, it had a lot of layered toppings and spread the special make tomato sauce with cheese over the surface.
Stuffed Pizza, it basically mixes the Italian Easter Pie from Potenza. The appearance of this pizza is very similar to Deep-Dish Pizza. But on the top of toppings, it added a layer of thin dough. So the toppings were wrapped up into a big pie, then spread the tomato sauce and cheese on the surface. This pizza is much higher and had more toppings than Deep-Dish

No matter which one of this two kind of pizza, the toppings generally include: Italian Sausage, although the literal translation is "Italian sausage," but it is not from Italy, nor the familiar sausage shape. It is a common Chicago ground pork, which add a variety of Italian flavor spices, very tasty. This dish is less complicated then the previous simply because its simple to make. One simply has to cook the pasta until its "al dente" meaning one has to bite the noodle and if the noodle is soft enough then its ready, and then while that is ready one can mix in the heavy cream and butter. Then after all that one simply mixes it and adds the cheese which usually is Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese. Finally, the last dish is Saltimbocca alla Romana which translates to Veal Scallops with Sage and Prosciutto. This dish can vary in taste simply because depending on the region this can be marinated in many ways one of them being wine.
