When you're

water increases them” (Document 3). The more bottles needed more fossil fuels will be burned.

Which affect the environment because fossil fuels when burned release carbon spreading more
pollution to the air.
On the other hand, tap water can also be beneficial, tap water is transported through a
system of pipes. The cost for tap water is more affordable than bottled water. When processing
tap water fossil fuel are not used. No type of wasted created, however, it also has its deception.
Tap water goes through a certain safety procedure to make sure the water is safe to drink.
According to Document 1 “While the water mains may have uncontaminated water, tap water
could still be contaminated with toxins from plumbing in the house” (Document 1). Even
Though the water is purified there are chances that it could be a polluting substance. As the bottled water becomes more popular, people prefer to drink bottle water over tap water. According to them, it has a better quality and taste. Unfortunately, people are being fooled by the water industries. The “purified” water, as its label, comes from municipal reserves. This research will discuss:
any safer than tap. Each is upheld to a somewhat different set of standards. Bottled water
It is imperative that domestic water provided for direct consumption and ingestion through food must be sanitary. Scientific research indicates that as many as 19 million Americans may become ill each year due to parasites, viruses a...
My research question: Is the convenience of bottled water worth all the sacrifices in terms of money, resources, health and damage to the ecosystem?
When kids by lunch for school or when they buy beverages, kids make the right choice by choosing bottled water. Imagine if kids didn’t have the chance to get bottled water because it was all banned. Kids will go after sugary and unhealthy beverage. That will make kids be obese, and the health care to treat the kids will be rising. Then the U.S obesity rate will rise and our economy will be destroyed. So, don’t ban bottle water, it plays an important role for us. Water is one of the most beneficial resources ever known. You can live without food for a few weeks, but if you don’t have water you can die within days. I think bottle water is better than tap. Bottle water saves lives, and if you ban bottled water why can’t people ban the sugary and unhealthy drinks. Bottle water skeptics might say that all the corruption between bottled water and tap water will be over if banning bottled water because they aren’t being recycled, and plastic is indestructible and that will lead the bottled water to create an even larger landfill. But these people don’t seem to realize that bottle water is a small part of the landfill and it’s not the bottles problem that it isn’t being recycled, it’s the people.
Five hundred sixty… On average, American consumers spend 560 times the cost of tap water on bottled water. Many people do it because they believe bottled water is best; it tastes good and it is convenient. They do not realize that while it can potentially be bad for you, it can also be bad for your pocket and the environment. Since becoming more readily available in the last 20 years, bottled water has become increasingly popular but there are still many reasons why tap water is a better, and safer, alternative.
Likewise, bottled water is not subjected to the rigorous testing that tap water endures. Thus, bottled water is more likely to be contaminated or a source of infection. Tap water is subjected to daily safety testing, whereas bottled water is only tested monthly at the source. Twenty-two percent of the water tested contained contaminant levels that exceeded strict health limits. The safety of people could be secured by banning water bottles.
...fference? Both tap water and bottled water may contain salts and minerals found naturally in the earth. It's possible that people may taste these materials in their water. The taste of tap water that many people dislike, however, is the chemical chlorine. Water systems use chlorine to make sure tap water is safe to drink. Fortunately, you can purchase inexpensive water filtration systems that can easily remove chlorine from tap water and improve the taste. These filters are a better alternative to purchasing expensive bottled water.
After the water bottles are produced, they take ride to a warehouse where they stay until a store orders them, once they are on the shelves of a store, thirsty customers who are convinced bottled water is healthier and safer than tap water, buy the water bottles and consume them. The average American consumes 167 bottles of water each year ("Mighty Nest" 1), that is 70% or about 117 bottles more than it was in ...
Clean and safe drinking water resources are becoming scarce as the population grows. The world is facing many problems, but the most important thing needed to survive, is water. Water is getting low in many countries, therefore residents are suffering the misfortune of not having the reliable source of clean water. Today many countries are having water shortages meaning rivers, lakes, streams and groundwater are not enough to rely on for supplying water demands. For example, California is facing a drastic water shortage, the natural water resources are not enough to fulfill their water demands.
This is known to not being useful for the quality of the water to be used by people. Most likely it has other health effects.
In addition, according to a survey from the US National Library of Medicines, only 17% of the participants prefer to drink tap water exclusively. Compared to the bottled water which shines like a superstar, tap water is like a diligent worker in the shade, unpopular but useful. The extreme unbalance of bottled water consumption implies that a commonly held concept exists: bottle water is superior to tap water. In fact, scientific evidence proves that tap water is nothing different than bottled water. More importantly, the excessive consumption of bottled water is an irrational use of resources and creates severe environmental issues.
Humans are mostly made up of water, so it shouldn’t be a surprise that someone should stay hydrated. If someone does not drink the right amount of water daily their bodies can become dehydrated. I had to learn this lesson
waterways. Because water can float and be carried by the wind, it can cause harm
By the time a person feels thirsty, his or her body has lost over 1 percent of its total water amount.
