These approaches can affect how and what you learn and the overall outcome of these courses. The self-responsibility and teamwork approach focal points are self obligation, proactivity peer and self feedback. It urges you to respite, self-asses and watch your learning procedure, which all identify with cultivating reflection and self-obligation as a dance student. Additionally learning and work in groups is key. Meanwhile, the somatic approach deals with strengthening your in internal view of movements.It enables dancers to feel more adequate and moving from the inside. This can lead to a more self-responsible approach in your dance education. Overall, we can limit the possibility of injuries due to the focus on body alignment.
