Crossfit, Group Cycling, yoga classes, and any other strenuous workout done with a group is considered to be a colt. These strenuous exercises are bad for the body in ways that will hurt your body in throughout the workouts, and in the near future. These “Cults” you could call it, is just a big crowd of individuals having the same mentality of what they’re doing is superior to any other type of strenuous exercise. Regarding the issues of the workouts, some people mistakenly believe they’re better than others who aren’t at their “level” in the workouts. Others however think that these workouts, are not as efficient as they used to be based upon the fact that you have people competing to be the best in reality there is no reason too It is healthy
