It was the first week of school. The smell and the warmth of April's wondrous springtime filled the people of Namimori with ease at this pleasant experience of the first few months of spring. Adults were getting ready for their jobs while children were preparing themselves for both, their first day of school and their possible reunion with Hibari-san's tonfa. Of course, if the students are late, that'll be unfortunate.
Whoosh! Whack! Slam!
The door slammed open, and a girl comes through the entrance. Her features suggest that she's a Japanese-European descendant with her Japanese's features being the most prominent. She's puny for her age, but the girl isn't microscopic. With her white sleeping gown on and her black hair cascading over her,

I'm old, but I'll show you why Hibari-san shouldn't be the one that you'll fear! Yui!"
"Ah, I'm finally free from that demented granny!"
The sky was bright and clear with the sun shone with radiance. The girl, known as Yui, was fully clothed in her Namimori Middle School uniform with her guitar case tightly secured over to her back.
Huff, huff, huff.
Hopefully, I'll make it in time before the bell rings. Man, making a bad impression on my first day in school at Namimori? Seriously? Like no thanks! From what I've heard, Hibari-san is barely as terrifying as my granny! God, I rather not face that! Quickening her steps, Yui kept sprinting towards the direction of the middle school. Taking a sharp turn, Her pigtails and ribbons brushed against her redden cheeks. With the combination of not getting enough sleep, only eating a toasted bread, and literally dashing to the school- Yui didn't think she'll last through her first day.
There it is!
The school, in its full glory, was only a few feets away. The building was enormous. In America, because she had lived in a relatively small town, their schools weren't that large. I think the school could only hold like 700 students if I remember correctly, Yui thought as she was closing in on the building.

The first day of school can be exciting and adventurous for many people, but for others it may be problematic. In “The First Day” by Edward P. Jones, the girl is having her first day of school by signing up. Her mother tries to sign up at Seaton Elementary School, nonetheless she was not accepted because she was from another district. Jones argues that although this may be an unremarkable first day of school for the girl, it allowed the girl to understand the struggles of placing her in a school because of her mother’s limitations in education. Edward P. Jones employs rhetorical techniques to convey his meaning and to appeal to the readers emotions.
There I stayed for the remaining 20 minutes which managed to feel like hours. Finally, we pulled into the front of the school. Any relief in exiting The Bus left me quickly as I gazed upon Royalton High School once again. I had visited the institution over the last three years for my brothers’ wrestling matches, so it was vaguely familiar. After attending Open House the week prior, I became hesitant to approach since last time I had been assaulted by a large group of chatty girls. Only two people names were known to me in this large abyss of hormones, but I’d never meet either of
She realized that she had power as a student. She ran, as fast as she could, up the stairs, through the doors that lead to the eighth floor. Kyla ran with confidence, and the frown that was once on her face evolved into an expression that showcased her determination. With the help of her speed and excitement, her tears dried and her frown disappeared. Bursting through the doors of the principal’s office, she gave a quick rundown of every offensive incident from the beginning of the school year to today’s. Her mouth moved faster than anatomically possible; she stumbled over her words, but not enough to the point in which her speech could be misunderstood. Coincidentally, the friend got up from the commons area and also went to the principal’s office only a few minutes thereafter. The two sat harmoniously sat together, doing the right thing. After telling her story, she realized that she should’ve advocated for herself earlier on—leaving the office, she proudly looked back at the principle before crossing through the doorframe that led to the commons. Turning forwards, she thought about how she would tell her story once more. She wanted to tell everyone, but she just didn’t know
Yuzuki Seo and Hirotaka Wakamatu’s relationship is more traditional, but given the personality of Seo it allows for a female to embrace the feminine characteristics while still appearing as a strong character. Seo is brash, loud, and scary. She is, however, known as the Lorelei of the glee club because she has an angelic voice. Wakamatsu is a young first year who is part of the basketball team, is terrified of Seo, and has a crush her voice without actually knowing it belongs to the girl of whom he is most terrified. The relationship between the Seo and Wakamatsu is more traditional, however traditional gender roles are reversed. When Wakamatsu confronts her on the roof, a place where many female characters confess to their male love interest in anime, he complains to her that “She only throws the ball to him, actively charges at him, buy only him a special gift and then take him out to a family restaurant” (Tsubaki). Wakamatsu perceives this initially as bullying, but it is instead a role reversal were he takes on the more traditional feminine role in a relationship and Seo the more masculine. Seo is very aware that she is a female and that she can sing. However, she doesn’t let this hold her back, she constantly lets others know what she is thinking and genuinely beliefs she’s the best possible human she can be. She
The rising of the sun signalled a fresh day, or as Amara Argent liked to put it, another day at a place more horrific than hell, better known as school.
I awake to my phone's alarm, alerting me that it is time to get ready for school. Winter break is officially over. I groan and roll over snatching the device from the charger while tapping dismiss. It's time to start my day.
He walked towards his seat. He told Narumi to shut up and a shock went on his mask. I looked over at the mask as Narumi looked at me, "Akira, I have something for you by the way!" He skipped over to my desk and put a bracelet on the desk. I looked at the bright pink bracelet and than at Narumi before picking it up and electrifying it. Everyone gasped as the bracelet destroyed itself. Narumi sweat-dropped when I looked at him and tossed the bracelet into his open hands. Chiyo was giggling like an idiot and spoke, "Those don't really work on her!" I opened my bag and grabbed my book and started reading. He went to the front of the class again and clapped to stop all the whispering going on, "And lastly, because Chiyo, Mikan, and Akira are new. They need someone to teach them about the school, so I'd like them to have partners. Would anyone want to volunteer?" No one raised their hands and I just sat glaring at Narumi. "Then I'll chose for them...Chiyo you're with Anna Umenomiya, Mikan you're with Ruka Nogi, and Akira~ you're with Natsume Hyuga!" I pulled out my book and started reading, but not before letting Iris come out and blast Narumi. Everyone looked at Iris as she flew around the class as I read. I heard Chiyo laughing and snapped my finger and Iris disappeared. Chiyo gasped and started pouting. I ignored everyone the entire class as I
He sees how everything is organized neatly. He walked over to see the class roster with his twin. Seeing that class they are going to take with Karin along with Misaki Natsuko. She is a kind hearted girl, and didn't fangirl over them, like most girls would do. He continue to looking through the list to see the special category, was Haruhi Fujioka. He walks over to the window and looks outside to see a nice scenery,, that had a foudation statue and a white branch along other
As I saunter onto the school field, I survey the premises to behold people in coats, shielding themselves from winter's blues. The sun isn't out yet, but the place bursting with life and exuberance, with people gliding across the ice covered floor almost cat-like. The field is effervescent and despite the dire conditions, the field seems to have taken on a life of its own. The weather is bad and the ice seems to burn the skin if touched, yet the mood is still euphoric. The bare shrubs and plants about the place look like they've been whipped by Winter himself. The air is frosty and at every breath the sight of steam seems to be present. A cold, cruel northerly wind blows across the playground and creates unrest amongst some. Crack! The crisp sound of leaves is heard, as if of ice splitting and hissing. Squirrels are seen trying to find a point of safety, scurrying about the bare trees that lie around the playground. Mystery and enigma clouds the playing field, providing a sense of anticipation about the place. Who is going to be the person to spoil the moment? To kill the conversation?
After Moriguchi left the school, a new school year starts. Throughout the year the homeroom teacher, Mr.Terada and class president, Mizuki visits
Imagine it is one’s first day in high school. Standing in front befalls the entrance way to your new future, thinking of what lies ahead from the perspective of a middle school grad. One would perhaps have mixed emotions as to what to expect. Observing the new students around the corridors, it transpires as if they are dragging their feet to progress inside, for the reason that they are fresh from the blissful summer days; they are in exchange, yet again, to the reality of school homework, projects, reports and tests. Some have queries and doubts in their minds; what does one expect of themselves getting into a high school life such as this? “What remains in store for me, I wonder…” “This school year is going to be subsequently much tougher
The name - is Audriyana Reyes. I know I know. Humongous first name and tiny last name. Weirdest combination ever. That’s exactly why I insist everyone call me Yana. Yana Reyes. Easy and simple even though my life is anything but that. Anyway, moving on from names, I should mention that I’m no ordinary person blabbering about unimportant stuff. If you’re not smart, (and I mean it), I highly suggest you stop reading this RIGHT THIS INSTANT. I, and the rest of my league, come from an extraordinary school that no one has ever heard of. S.P.Y. School. Now, before you come to wild conclusions about why the school is called what it is, I must make it clear that the school’s name is S period P period Y period. S.P.Y. The School for Supernatural Passionate Youngsters. Clearly different from spy. So if the school is that extraordinary, how come no one’s ever heard of it? Well, that’s because it’s top secret. Only extremely smart (the S might as well stand for that) and brainy people ever get to come to this school. They’re so beyond average, they’re supernatural.
It was finally the first day of school; I was excited yet nervous. I hoped I would be able to make new friends. The first time I saw the schools name I thought it was the strangest name I’ve ever heard or read, therefore I found it hard to pronounce it in the beginning. The schools’ floors had painted black paw prints, which stood out on the white tiled floor. Once you walk through the doors the office is to the right. The office seemed a bit cramped, since it had so many rooms in such a small area. In the office I meet with a really nice, sweet secretary who helped me register into the school, giving me a small tour of the school, also helping me find
For the entirety of elementary school, the one part of my day that I would look forward to the most was the very end. As darkness fell and the day drew to a close, I would be rested on top of my purple and pink bedsheet with only the bedside lamp on. My father would lightly tap on the door to signal his arrival and slowly push it open. The hinges would inevitably send out a shriek of opposition, and my father would make a face. This is how I knew my nightly routine was about to start.
