Seventy percent of all jobs requires education or technical training beyond high school. In order to determine a possible career choice for the future. Research has been conducted to compare and contrast two different careers. Even though a Police Officer and a Waitress have similarities, they also have differences and deciding which is most suitable maybe a difficult choice. A career as a Police and Detectives requires hard work, but the career offers many rewards. The responsibilities for being a Police Officer is keeping everyone safe. Being a Police Officer, you can get hurt. Police and Detectives have to interrogate people and arrest criminals. Police and Detectives work in the field. They do high speed chases like on the highway. People like the Police help people if someone is trying to hurt you or someone is following you. The way to become a Police Officer or a Detective, they have to go through four years of college. All colleges and high schools have a course for criminal justice. Most of the time, some high schools don’t have a course for it. Police and Detectives are always working and in their cars. Since the Police are always working, the pay is good. They work really hard in the environment. People accidentally bump into the waitresses. To become a Waitress, you need to be very nice. The education for waitresses is non at all. You need to be trained with one of the experts the work there. The pay for a Waitress is good. They get paid nine dollars and twenty-five cents per hour. Adding the tip, they get good money. There are a large number of job openings. The Waiters and and Waitresses have to be nice to customers. They have the best job
