What the Difference
Great Heroes are known to do magnificent actions helping and saving others. The greek mythology heroes are no different. Interestingly there are many heroes that seem completely different but prove to be very similar. Heracles and Jason tasked with different labors and regarded differently both prove similar by both being extravagant heros and are unquestionably brave. Jason and Heracles coincided each other because they were both great heroes, displaying courage in any task or problem encountered. Jason is the son of King Aeson of Iolcus and became a hero because he went on a quest to retrieve the Golden Fleece to become the king of Iolcus rightfully. Heracles is also a hero because he enforced stupendous acts of courage and confidence. The courageous man took on the twelve labors for Eurystheus so he can get rid of the somber sin of killing his family. Eurystheus said to Heracles, “You are indeed a hero of great courage and strength. You have completed your labors honorably.”. A product of this action, Heracles proved himself a great hero. Thus justifying Heracles and Jason are similar because they are heroes in Greek mythology. Heracles and Jason have other similarities, they both display stunning bravery. Heracles tasked with 12 labors accomplished every labor ruthlessly. “But Heracles crept up on Cerberus and squeezed him with his bare hands just enough to take the fight of the dog.” This quote from the last labor demonstrated that Heracles is strong and brave because he beat the Cerberus a three-headed dog. In addition, Jason is also very brave in his quest to claim his name of King of Iolcus. To
