The intent of this letter is to provide a character reference for Cindy Escobedo, whom I have known for 8 years. I understand that Cindy is being charge for second-degree robbery. When I first heard of this I was surprised. I was aware that Cindy was in probation during that period for reasons, which I am unsure of, however she was very motivated to transcend that point in her life and become a better person. I met Cindy in middle school but our friendship particularly strength throughout high school. During those years I got to meet the person that she is, good-natured, hard working and a good friend. I have trusted her with all my secrets and have shared a great deal of my life with her. After high school, keeping in contact became difficult

Casey was arrested on July 16th, 2008 and charged the following day with giving false statements to law enforcement, child neglect and obstruction of a criminal investigation. Casey was interviewed by officers regarding the disappearance of Caylee and claimed that she “felt that Caylee was still alive” (YouTube, 2008). Casey remained calm, emotionless and flirty throughout the interview with the police officer and continued to claim that she did not know the whereabouts of Caylee and insisted on disc...
When she was falsely accused in her case, the FBI thought she was the one who started it all. The FBI didn’t look at all of the evidence that was found at the crime or what she had said. They falsely accused her of the crime because they thought she was the one that robbed the bank and did extortion. There were gaps in her statement, and she couldn’t think straight. She was saying random words because she was so terrified of what happened to her. The SLA brainwashed her, and she didn’t know anything after they were done with her. She didn’t even know what day it was, so she does not know what happened in her case.
On July 15, 2008, Cindy Anthony, Casey Anthony’s mother called 911 twice. On July 16 2008, Casey was arrested for child neglect when investigators found the apartment where Casey claimed the babysitter lived had been vacant for four months. After a lengthy investigation and the discovery of the body of Caylee Anthony not far from the Anthony home, Casey Anthony was charged with first degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child, and four

Relating to Alvarez and her struggle is very easy and well known in every generation. Society puts a ridiculous high standard on outer appearances, especially for girls and women. Women grasp the perspective of the standards that are set and put them into drive. Women become stressed, emotional, and nutcases because they want to please others instead of pleasing themselves. In some cases, women have died trying to live up to these customaries, if not becoming dangerously ill. As a young lady, knowing what could happen, frightens but doesn’t phase me. Wi...
Dusten Brown proposed to Christina Maldonado in December of 2008. At that time, they did not know they were going to be expecting their first child together. In January of 2009, Christina informed Dusten of her pregnancy. Dusten asked Christina if they could move the date of marriage closer so they could be married before the birth of their new baby. Dusten refused to support Christina financially until after their marriage, which never happened. Soon after, their relationship spiraled into disaster and the couple split up. Left to take care of herself in addition to her unborn child, Christina had a tough decision to make.
"… Cynthia Hood, 55, was entitled to a lighter sentence because she was not the ringleader of fraud and because her children would be in jeopardy without her presence"("Furst"). Cynthia Hood is one of many people who thought they would get away with criminal actions, yet her husband did the time in jail, even though she had the money behind her. Even though wealthy people believe they would get away with their crime they still had to pay the
He was probably was following her to make sure she got home okay. He was probably just a petty criminal. The former cop was probably a guy that can 't accept no. He probably felt some type of way cause she didn’t want him. Violent crimes in The United States dropped in 2013 to about 4.4%. There was about 181 women in 2005 that got murdered by their partner. There are about 4.8 million assaults that happened every year. It 's said that mentally ill individuals tend to be a victim more likely than a perpetrator. In recent years, there has been increased awareness of patients ' rights, integration of mentally ill individuals into the community, reduction or duration of hospitalization and of psychiatric hospital beds, and more abulatory services ( Melamed, Y 2010 ). Cindy Jones came across the mentally ill Rivers at the grocery store. It 's possible that Rivers could have bumped into her at the grocery store. The hospital said that Rivers was no longer on drugs and could stand trial. The only thing that ties Rivers to the crime is the blood that was found on Cindy 's strap to her purse. DNA doesn’t lie, but there is a question of how it got there. The blood found would have to be tainted to not be useable. DNA determines if an
Her most recent act of destruction involves a pending felony grand theft charge, where she attempted to illegally obtain a $2,500 designer necklace by the act of shoplifting from a Jewelry store. She has been sentenced to 120 days in jail, but got out on a $75,000 dollar bond.
I have known Paula Lahera for many years; however, our relationship really began to thrive four years ago. We both started at Harvard Westlake in ninth grade and having been at the same elementary school, knew each other well enough to strike up conversation. I knew right off the bat that we would develop a great friendship because I was able to recognize an intense curiosity and kindness in her that was welcoming for anyone slightly nervous at a new school.
Angelica Jauregui, all her life she wanted to help people. She couldn’t imagine doing anything else with her life, now she can do just that. With her RN degree she’s applying at clinics and hospitals to start off her lifelong career as a nurse. Sitting down with her ready to be interviewed she seems relaxed and ready to talk. I’ve known her all my life and she’s always been a role model to all of us in the family. There was nothing she couldn’t do if she set her mind to it.
I met Carrie my junior year of high school. We did not become friends instantly but gradually over time we started to talk. I was friends with her boyfriend at the time and always was there to talk to him and help him during lunch with any situation that would come up. He always came to talk to me about what was happening in his relationship with Carrie. I tried to give him as much advice as possible without knowing who Carrie was. There was one instant where Carrie was supposable pregnant but would later find out it was a false alarm. They were on and off half of the year, but something would change everything.
Throughout most of my life I have gained friendships and relationships with others that have turned into long term, but others which only lasted a short while. The friendship that has greatly impacted my life significantly over the last eight years is someone who means so much to me. This meaningful friendship all started back when I was in middle school, which has grown stronger over the years. I met Brooke in middle school because we had some of the same classes and were in homeroom together. Our friendship developed quickly and lasted throughout our high school years. We became really close our Junior and Senior year of high school. But, maintaining our friendship hasn’t always been so easy. Today, we text and call each other on our free time, but I know I can count and rely on her when I need someone to talk too. I call her my second sister and vice versa. And when we go home on breaks we see one another as much as we can. The best part of our relationship is that if one is in need of advice or in need of a shoulder to cry on, we are always there for one another. Keeping in contact is very important in our relationship and communication has played a key role in our relationship.
