There are many different cancers and they can affect someone from the brain (brain tumors) to toe (skin cancer). Cancer can be categorized as out-of control cell growth. People that smoke should have to pay a levy, towards their future healthcare needs, on every pack they buy.As tobacco laws continue to increase and become more strict, like plain packaging and designated smoking areas. The tobacco industry requires 5000 new smokers every day to continue to be productive. Although the laws state that one must be of age 18 or older to be able to purchase any tobacco products, 88% of all smokers begun the harmful life that is smoking.
