Introduction- to complete this assignment, I chose deontological ethical theory. There are various issues surrounding business ethics. Business ethics is a form of professional ethics and applied ethics which examines principles that are ethical and moral problems that becomes apparent in the environment of business. A suggestion from the deontologist think the principle of ethics are unchanging and also permanent and the obligation is to follow the principles. Deontologist believe natural law is the rights of an individual. Immanuel Kant is a product of deontology he is known as the German philosopher. My definition for deontology is the concerns with duties and rights for the ethical theory. When you have a business your employees will showcase a based duty, de ontological based , and actions and behaviors are justified in the terms of honoring the company 's policy and satisfying terms of the customers that come in contact with them. Their are a lot of ethical paradigms but the deontological is based duty and emphasizes approach can satisfy expectations as a force to the person behavior and actions. Deontology mostly focus on n act and not not so much on the consequences or results of an act. Deontological haves a morally binding nature and it comes from obligation of a person that performs act in specific manner. A base duty may approach obligation heavily and a person that follows this kind of ethical theory will believe the highest virtue comes from doing what you are told to do. This idea came from what you were told to do, just as you would if it was the law because that 's what you agreed to such as employers policies. Your duty is the only thing that matters and not so much for the negative or positive consequences. Employee that believes strongly and follow base duty ethic can come off as a person that thinks outside the box.
