The purpose of this report is to evaluate the consumption of Blackmores’ fish oil, and to identify its advantages and disadvantages. The findings indicate that the demand of Blackmores’ fish oil could meet three elements of Maslow’s theory. The Blackmores’ fish oil could provide health benefits for human body. However, this product might have some weaknesses need to be improved. From the disadvantages of Blackmores’ fish oil, some comments and suggestions will be presented in this paper for this company to improve this product. 1. Introduction The background of Blackmores company and Blackmores’ fish oil would be introduced in this section to present the aims of this report. This report will introduce the fish oil from Blackmores firstly, and present the Maslow’s model, then explain advantages disadvantages of fish oil from Blackmores and analyze the relationships between consumption of fish oil and Maslow’s theory. In addition, the consumption of fish oil could be related with three needs of Maslow’s model, which are physiological needs, safety and security needs and love and belonging needs. 1.1 Background of Blackmores’ fish oil and Maslow’s theory Blackmores is an Australian company, which sells mainly health products.
