Picking up a stick, he started poking around in the leaves.“I know it’s up here and I’ll find it. Look here, I found my cap,” he said, holding it up in the air as if he had found a valuable prize. “Hey look, what I found,” he said, holding up the pocketknife. After calling Kenny to ask why he failed to meet him as promised, Justin listened as Kenny explained how Mark called and said Chuck’s mother learned about their planned trip and refused to him go. When he learned what they didn’t tell Justin they weren’t going it made Kenny angry. “They didn’t call me. Knowing I was alone and scared,” Justin said, now he was angry with Mark and Chuck. Kenny asked, “Do you think they planned it this way?” “They knew I didn’t know they weren’t going,” Justin said, getting more upset. “You just wait, We’ll take care of them for tricking us.” Promising and Kenny agreed to help. “We need to think about it.
