After the surgery I was told I would have to take birth control pills for most of my life. The pills control the cysts on my ovaries from getting big, without the pills that cyst could have exploded or flipped over my ovary and killed it and I would never be able to have kids when I am older. While taking birth control pills for that reason, it also helps my skin a lot.
