The Bengal Tiger
The Bengal tiger is a carnivorous, mammal primarily from India. It lives in habitats such as the coniferous Himalayan Forest, the mangroves of the Sunderbans, the hills of the Indian Peninsula, or the forests of Rajasthan and Northern India. At one time Bengal tigers were scattered throughout Asia. Now they are generally found in India and some regions of Bangledesh, Bhutan, Nepal, and Myanmar. There is approximately 4,000 alive in the wild now, and about 300 are in captivity in zoos around the world.
Bengal tiger’s are one of the largest and most feared cats in the cat family. An adult tiger can weigh any where from 350 to 550 pounds. The adult males weigh an average of 480 pounds, while the females weigh about 300. Their body lengths are between 6 and 9 feet long! A Bengal tiger hunts primarily deer, wild pigs, water buffalo, birds and other small mammals. When driven from hunger a this tiger will eat almost anything. Crocodiles, lizards, fish, and even humans are eaten by a frustrated Bengal tiger. They eat meat and only meat. Their style of attack is differant from the cheetah’s and the lion’s; who hunt in open habitats. Although it is a heavier predator than that of the lion and cheetah, it averages about 50 deer a year. The Lincoln Electric Company is the largest manufacturer of welding machines and electrodes in the world. Since its inception in 1895 the company has been on a stable path of progress. First under the management of founder John C. Lincoln and since 1914 under James F. Lincoln, John's younger brother. One of James's early actions as the head of the company was to create a committee consisted of elected representatives by the employees of the company, that were to advise Mr James in the affairs of the firm. They were called the Advisory Board and this was one of the smartest decisions that James F. Lincoln made regarding personnel. This was one of their prerequisites to progress and success and this is what makes them unique to this day. James F. Lincoln died in 1965 and it is obvious some people thought that the famous Lincoln standards would no longer be upheld, that profits would decrease and their employee bonus-plan might cease to exist. Contrarily to what people thought, the company remained strong decades after its founding father died. Moreover, the firm has seen higher profits and bonuses every year after that. Although Christian belief was the center of the company’s initial philosophy it has not been mentioned in any of the recent chairman’s speeches, currently there is not a display of religious beliefs. James Lincoln’s philosophy puts the customer as the most important part of the company followed by its employees and lastly its stakeholders. The Amistad case is an interesting one and surprisingly well handled by the United States government. There were plenty of legal challenges that the United States became quickly aware of before pursuing further on the case. The United States government gathered all the facts that were available to them at the time and acted appropriately in this situation, making sure that the African Americans on the La Amistad would receive justice in America. Despite the verdict of the Amistad case the details forced Americans to reexamine slavery.

(He) identifies these groups, in the order of priority as (1) customers, (2) employees, and (3) stockholders”(Sharplin, Arthur, 1989) According to Carpenter, Taylor, and Erdogan (2009), “When entrepreneurs establish their own businesses, the way they want to do business determines the organization’s rules, the structure set up in the company, and the people they hire to work with them.” James F. Cats are actually the number one killer of these animals. Cats spend one-third of their day just killing animals, and they don’t even do it because they’re hungry. Facebook offers many useful tools for socializing, but the extent of this use is starting to concern others.
