I was thinking to myself about what you told me. It’s a lot of money you’re willing to give away but I understand. In this year 1913 there are a lot of problems all over America. What I must do is divide the money into three charities that need the most help. I believe the first one is Women’s suffrage. After that would be child labor and last would be the meat packing industry. Women’s suffrage will receive the greatest amount being $600,000. In the document Addams, Jane. "Why Women Should Vote." it says, “ American women need this to preserve home.” This explains that if women get to vote they will be able to protect their children by voting for what’s right and having more votes so they can pass laws or acts.
