E- cigarettes have been a popular widespread thing that have been used for many years among many teens and adults. It has been associated with a lot of problems and illnesses because of the health effects it has on our bodies. Many have compared e-cigarettes to smoking a regular cigarette because of the many similarities such as the feeling you get when inhaling. E-cigarettes are a way for teens and adults to smoke without really smoking. Some e-cigarettes contain nicotine but they all may not contain the rest of the harmful substances that cigarettes have. The heart's purpose is to pump blood throughout the body to help the circulatory system. It helps to supply the body with oxygen and nutrients that go to the tissues and remove carbon dioxide and other harmful waste.The use of E- Cigarettes stiffens the heart and blood vessels which makes it harder for the blood to easily flow to heart. If the blood is not able to easily flow then that may cause death, heart attack or stroke. Many have suggested that electronic cigarette can be just as bad for your heart as smoking real cigarettes and double your odds of having a heart attack. Studies are trying to prove that electronic cigarettes are good for you because they do not contain all of the harmful substances but that is not the full truth.
