It is five A.M and you are watching the sunrise by the lake. You grab your fishing rod and cast away for the most relaxing day of your life. It is like you are on vacation. I think people should fish more often. It helps with depression, can help with relaxation, and is a low impact movement exercise. Here are the reasons it helps you.
