1.10 Operativsystem The operating system is one of the most important parts in the computer. It allows the computer’s hardware to communicate with the computer’s software. We need an operating system to operate other programs on the computer. The most common operating systems are windows, Linux and OS. The operating system is at the same time responsible for managing and also controlling all of the resources like the memory, hard drives and the computers monitor just to name a few examples. That are shared amongst the different application programs that may be running simultaneously. You usually say that the computer has 2 types of components. The hardware and software. The big difference between these 2 are that, you can touch and react with …show more content…

But what does this actually mean? These 2 different types OS refers to how the computer’s CPU handles all the information. As you can probably understand the bigger OS bit is the better version. They are better at handling the RAM amount then better than the 32-bit. But with all of the brands of operating systems, what one should you chose. In almost everylist of best OS in the market, Windows, linux and mac OS are almost always on top of the lists. Here are some pros and cons with each …show more content…

But if it’s too hot inside the computer it could damage the components. That is why todays modern systems need extreme cooling and ventilation capabilities so that lots of air can move through the unit and keeping the devices from overheating. This helps the components work properly with safe operating temperatures. Overheat in the computers CPU is one of the most common overheating problems in the world and it can lead to serious malfunction problems. There 2 types of cooling mechanism when it comes to the computer. These are liquid and fan cooling. Liquid cooling is used if the computer starts to generate too much heat, liquid cooling, also known as water cooling, and is a better solution. A lot of people are scared with having liquids near the components, but when cooling with water, the water will be securely secured in a container. At the same time it is a lot more efficient than cooling with air. How it works: The heat from inside the computer case moves to the liquid because it attracts to cold. Then when the cooler object gets warmer, will make the warmer objects get cooler. But how does the computer fan
