Lilly's video, "A Message to Air Canada", shows the normally positive woman, ranting about the deficiencies in Air Canada's customer service, and vows to never fly with the airline again. Lilly has incredible influence on not only Canadian youth, but those who watch her around the world. All of this results in people who are either unwilling to return to Air Canada, or unwilling to try their services. This unfavourable reputation has the potential of damaging the airline's profits in the future.
