A higher education is considered as the key to achieving academic success and economic success in our society. Higher level of education succeeding are associated to higher and lower income rates of unemployment, and the gain gap between two year colleges and four year colleges. Without splitting up financial aid, the cost of tuition and fees at two year college is less than half of the tuition and fees at public four year or private four year institution. This research will prove doing two degrees will advantage for first generation. There are so many community colleges in American that provide two year degrees, According to Lu (2013), “This year, about 2,000 schools in 39 states and the District of Columbia are participating”. In other words, there are thousands of schools that provide two year degrees. This interpretation challenges the work of those critics who have long assumed that all of the colleges and government cares about having two year college for first generation. Although two year colleges may seem trivial, it is fact crucial in terms of today’s concern over four year college matters because it is one of the most widely applying colleges in the America. Thus, America’s two year college’s advantage for First Generation College students to depend on motivational to achieve higher education than do those who continuing generation college students. The community college system is success and achievement key for first generation college students. When first generation students comes to college, however they feels out of the loop with college processes. The benefits of having small classes and limited faculty will helpful to students to contact will them. Ultimately, my goal is to demonstrate that advantage if two year college for first generation college students. Although I disagree with much that four year college says, I fully endorse my final conclusion that advantage if two year college for first generation, all above to my research proved it, attending two year college will provide benefits for first generation college students. Thus, the advantage of two year college for first generation, throughout the research proves that first generation college students archiving benefits and what can be done by government.
