The abuses are familiar in our life. There are so many abuses that had been occurred in our life. Abuse is defined as the systematic pattern of behaviors in a relationship that are used to gain and/or maintain power and control over another. The abuse of the power only usually done by the Leader. As we know the leaders have big influents in their leadership. In this world especially every country, there are so many abuses had been occurred by the leaders. The leaders used their power to control the society, for the example Pope in the Catholic Church. In 1500 the Roman Catholic Church was all powerful in Western Europe. There was no legal alternative. Pope said that the power of religion is bigger rather than the leaders of Politic. They did whatever they want to do. The Catholic laity not only controlled matters of religions, they also governed areas of politic and economy. In the middle of century, there is no great empire that affects many people in Europe because the weak role of state politics. Because the politic’s weakness in the country, the role was replaced by a church centered in Rome and the leader has a Pope. Gregory I was the first to formulate the system of papal and give them the support. When the effect of the church was expanding, the Pope appointed as the source of the power of religion and the world, and receives unlimited power. To violet a Pope word has a major sin (dictator). He opposed the catholic church because the church is not fair.The government was not fair because the Church can give punishment for the people but it does not apply to the clergy. So the government is not balance. It could be discrimination between the groups. In 1517, Martin Luther posted a 95-page thesis on the door of the Church of Wittenberg. Once this thesis was attached to the door, the ideas contained within it began to spread to the many different parts of Europe. People everywhere used Luther’s ideas to help form their own ideas about God and to started their own church denominations. Protestantism sprang up from this movement and the prominent idea behind this branch of Christianity was justification by faith not only by the catholic church.
