Abortion should be Abolished
Abortion has been a controversial issue since Roe vs. Wade dating all the way back to 1971. This is going to be a tough topic to get through because there are so many different views about abortion, should it have been legalized or abolished? That is the main question we are still asking ourselves today 100’s of years later even after the decision Roe vs. Wade gave the women the right to abort their unborn child. The controversy behind this is whether it is actually a baby or a fetus, because if it doesn’t have a heartbeat it is still considered ok to abort it because it is not seen as a human being, on the other hand if you abort your baby at three months is it a human or not because it does have an actual heart beat? In this paper the people that were interviewed, as well as surveyed will present to you the reasons that will justify the legality of abortion, and why abortion should be abolished.
Roe vs Wade is a case that was decided along with Doe vs Bolten that legalized abortion within the first trisemester of pregnancy. In 1971 a case was filed by Norma McCorvey, but known in court as Jane “Roe” against Henry “Wade”, a district attorney of Dallas County who enforced a law that abortion was prohibited, except to save a woman’s life. On December 13, 1971 and October 11, 1972 were two argued dates for this case until the decision was made on January 22, 1973 by The U.S. Supreme Court, in a 7-2 decision, affirming the legality of a woman's right to have an abortion under the Fourteenth amendment to the Constitution. 10 percent (6.1 million) of women in the U.S are infertility women meaning they have trouble getting pregnant . According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) it is said that ages 15-44 have difficulty getting pregnant or staying pregnant,.(https://www.womenshealth.gov/publications/our-publications/fact-sheet/infertility.html). So think about it, every time there is an abortion a blessing is being taken away from someone who was not able to conceive a blessing. Teenagers think its ok to gRegardless you are committing murder which is a sin not only to the Christian religion, but to all religions.
