Children and youth are critical steps in the formation of a human being. Parents and teachers are the pillars of the educational process in this age group and therefore their work is critical to the wellbeing of society. Regardless of the type of school, all teachers are required to teach and promote fundamental human rights, such as to practice them in their daily work. The Universal Declaration of the Rights of the Child and Human Rights require preservation in all fields, with particular emphasis on the school that is the natural space to learn, both in theory and in practice. Teaching is a profession where consistency is required between the workplace and the private. The teacher is an example of a well behavior and student’s sees them as role models of dignity or authority. Therefore, the teacher must maintain consistency between what is taught and what is practiced in their lives. The teacher must exercise its authority to generate parameters of education that make possible the full development of children and young people within a framework of respect. But it must also be clear about the limits on its own power, which should not be applied as autocratic, but, on the contrary, in order to develop the autonomy of children and their ability to decide responsibly. Legally and morally, the teacher is obligated to build and promote a respectful learning community of mutual rights. Particularly, must be attentive to avoid any discrimination on grounds of sex, race, religion or ideology of students and among other peers. When a professional obtains a teaching job, also obtains rights and responsibilities that had to be done in order to perform a better job and evade any types of litigations disputes. In my opinion, I agree with the writer’s explanation on the importance of high school, and the relationship between the teachers and children, because due to the world global change the responsibilities of teachers are imperative and crucial. The teachers stand as the foundation between the teenagers and their radiance, since they encourage the teens to put in their best in whatever, they are indebted to do. Nonetheless, children are the future generation as such the teachers are to instruct them morally and ethically in order for them to be productive citizens in the society. Consequently, as teachers, their duty is to build up teenagers because whatever the teens learn from youth guides them to adulthood. The teachers also impact the knowledge which changes the life of a teenager, since they are very receptive and resourceful.

Medical malpractice has become a controversial social issue. From a doctor’s standpoint, decisions and preventative actions can alter the medical malpractice lawsuits filed against them. In order to protect their career and professional life medical malpractice insurance is available. Medical professional liability insurance, sometimes known as medical malpractice insurance, is one type of professional liability insurance. “Professional liability refers to liability that arises from a failure to use due care and the standard of care expected from a person in a particular profession, in this case a doctor, dentist, nurse, hospital or other health-related organization” (Brandenburg, 2014).

Through his article, the author builds his credibility with a considerable ethical appeal. Indeed, due to his background in education, including more than twenty years of teaching and his current pro-fessional status in higher

The first chapter talks about the justification of the pedagogy, the contradiction between the oppressors and oppressed, which each house on another in each other psyche’s, and how the pedagogy is justified. Chapter two is about the “banking” concept of education as means of oppression which treats students as brainless ‘piggy banks’ to be filled with knowledge and teachers as all-knowing beings; “the more completely she fills the receptacles, the better a teacher she is. The more meekly the receptacles permit themselves to be filled, the better students they are” (Freire, 1998, p. 53). Chapter two also poses a solution to the “banking” method: problem posing, which through dialogue creates a co-creator relationship between the students and teacher. The third chapter builds more on dialogue as a practice of freedom in education and the final chapter is about dialogics and antidialogics as opposing theories of action.
Dr. Ray’s nationwide research indicates that more than 90% percent of the parents do not hold valid, government approved teaching certificates (2009). Whereas, all teachers, both public and private, have those certificates, and are taught, trained and certified to teach each certain aged students (“Home Schooling” 2011). Since the quality of education neither monitored nor regulated by the government, it is doubtful to trust the quality of education that parents provide to their children (“Home Schooling”, 2011). Teachers and administrators firmly control the quality of education they provide to students. They are concerned not only with the academics, but also with the engagement of the students in extracurricular activities at the school. Therefore classroom education is able to provide socialization, which is an important aspect of youth
Teacher Ethics “Ethics are defined as a set of principles of right conduct; the rules or standards governing the conduct of a person or the members of a profession” (Dictionary of the Human Language, 2000). Teachers are often put in situations that require more than just knowing the basic school rules. It is within these situations, that the ethical dilemmas occur. There is not always a right way to deal with the many daily problems that face educators, but there are ways to handle situations that are better than others. Teachers should follow and refer to a code of ethics to help teach in the most appropriate and ethical way as well as a guide to help deal with dilemmas.
First, it is necessary to examine the current paradigm within education in order to determine exactly what it is about the modern system that requires changing. One of the most immediate concerns comes as a result of the school facilities the...
The role and responsibilities of a teacher is very complex. Teachers are responsible for making sure their learners acquire the knowledge they need, but also achieve their qualification by the end of the course in a safe learning environment, so they have the skills and experience they need to start their careers. To achieve that goal a teacher must be creative, professional, flexible and knowledgeable enough to deal with daily challenges and find different ways to help their learners needs. Establishing a safe and stimulating environment for learners, creating mutual respect and set goals that stretch and challenge learners of all backgrounds and abilities.
