Where researcher established that early prevention and mental illness are factor from our crucial brain development from the first 3years of our life with the possible of extension into adolescent since it holds a strongly influence over our cognitive and emotional development that determine the behavioural and judgement based on the quality of care. Ones who experience neglect or abuse increase the risks in adult life for mental health such as depression, antisocial behaviour including violence, drug and alcohol abuse and learning difficulties (Hon.
