Name Professor Subject Date A Scary Story I have never wanted to tell this story. However, I have to tell it as it almost made my heart skip a bit. It was in the year 2015 when this happened. Three friends Talal, Ana, and Sara love hiking mountains. Whenever, they found free time or vacation, they would locate a mountain and then go hiking. Most importantly, they loved to travel around the world, as they would discover new mountains to climb. Three friends had a lot in common; they always spent time together. One day they decided to travel to North Carolina to climb the mountains during the summer vacation. The trip started from New York City where they lived. “I hope to climb that mountain” Ana said. “Not as much as I long to climb it, “said Talal. The next day, they started making a plan to for their hiking trip. Talal and Sara decided to make Ana’s dream come true. Therefore, they made the plan to hike the biggest mountain in The Great Smoky Mountain. On Monday morning, Sara, Talal, and Ana started climbing from the bottom of the biggest mountain. “Did you bring your phones?” Talal asked. Ana replied, “No we didn’t”. Therefore, they decided to complete their trip without their phones. Because they did not have any communication device, Sara requested that they all stay close to each other. Systematically, the three friends went up the mountain, perusing through the rocks and step valleys. She was now breathing very fast, her face turning red every second. She was sinking to the ground slowly, unable to even open her eyes. Sara started to cough and gulf in air at higher intervals. “What is wrong Sara?” Talal and Ana asked. All of a sudden, Sara fainted and fell down on the ground. Talal let out a sharp scream. She was scared that Sara could no longer talk or breathe well. “Please, don’t waste time screaming, we may lose her. We have to do something quick!’ Ana tried to talk to her. “Sara! Sara! Are you okay? Please answer!” While they tried to find out what was wrong with Sara, Talal saw a snake silver in color, heading towards Sara. She quickly drew her stave and hit on the head with all her might. After that, she started shivering as she saw the snake die. “I’m going to go down and ask for help and you take care of Sara,” Talal said to Ana. After a risky five hours walking down of the mountain, Talal arrived at the hut so tired and called 911. She gave them a vivid account of what was going on. “We will send a helicopter looking for them,” said the officer. After half an hour of searching, they found Sara and Ana “It is so hard to find a place to land here," the pilot of the helicopter
