As in the words of Buddha “To keep the body in good health is a duty…otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear.” It means that it is the duty of every individual to maintain a healthy body. If we fail at this task we surely will lose our ability to maintain a strong and clear mind. But that’s not all. People usually think that a healthy person is one who has got a physically healthy body, which is wrong. Psychological health is equally important. One must make his soul and body healthy in order to maintain a strong and clear mind. Small things like what, when and how to eat can play a key role while we grow older. To leave your couch potato days behind, all you have to do is to follow some simple steps which will make you healthy both physically and psychologically. 1. Drink Enough Water:- Your body is 65% water. Water helps to clear our system, bring on metabolism rate and flush out the toxins. That shows how important water is to your body. You loose water from all the daily chores you do. So after you wake up in the morning, drink a glass of water before doing anything else. Drinking 8 glass of water a day is the minimum suggested. Even better if you add squeeze a slice of lime in the water. 2. Sleep Tight:- When you sleep, your brain and body get some rest after a long day. It is an essential part which makes you feel better and fresh when you wake up next, but its importance goes way beyond just boosting your mood or banishing under-eye circles. If you get a healthy amount of sleep, it will benefit your heart, weight, etc. Thus, providing you the a key part of a healthy lifestyle. 3. Morning Walk:- "Early to bed and early to rise, makes you healthy, wealthy and wise." Control yourself from getting into bad things which deteriorate your health and life. If you do everything for a healthy life, but don't limit your vices, it won't give any benefits to you. So limiting your vices is to be considered as a priority to maintain a healthy life 10. Love your Life It has been truly said that you give your best at whatever you love. If you love to paint, you will be great at it (though, it needs those skills too). Living out freely like you have got the best gift from GOD and you want to enjoy it. LIVE THE GIFT OF LIFE.
