Macs and PCs are two big name computer brands. Often people are getting into frays over which is better. Aside from the fact that they are the subject of many arguments, they are very alike. They also have many differences between the two, such as lifespan, productivity, and cost effectiveness. First, Mac and PC differ and are alike because of lifespan. Lifespan is how long the device will live and function before it ultimately stops wrking for good. People want a longer lifespan as well as less viruses. When talking about viruses, Macs tend to have less viruses, mainly because they aren't as popular, so there aren't as many people to code the viruses (http://www.diffen.com). PCs on the other hand are much more popular, resulting in more viruses (http:/www.computerhope.com). PCs also are more likely to be targeted by Malware, as well. Malware is a trojan virus, yet much more deadly than a normal one. A trojan is a virus disguised as something harmless such as an advertisement.
