Lifestyles of Women Women’s health is highly affected by their lifestyle. There are many things that we do every day can have positive or negative effect to our health. Sometimes if women have some disease, changing their habits in daily life can improve their health conditions. There are many things in women’s daily life affect their health, such as diet, sleeping, fitness, and so on. Women should pay attention to these aspects and build a healthier body physically and mentally. A healthy diet should be balanced in nutrition and provides enough energy to women. Women should consume enough nutrition in their daily life. Getting too much or too little will both developing diseases. Eating disorders become a huge problem all over the world, especially women. Nowadays women get to much pressure on their body image and confidence because of the media. The women that are shown in the media are always perfect with a very thin body, which is almost impossible to achieve in real life. Women who are not confident about their body and willing to change it might choose an extremely unhealthy diet to meet their requirements. These kind of diet may be low in fat and carbohydrates and other essential nutrition. Women’s digestion system and other body conditions will be damaged. Besides eating too little, eating too much can also cause serious diseases such as obesity, heart diseases, high blood pressure and so on. Neither anorexia nor binge eating are healthy to women. It is important to study the knowledge of healthy diet and spread the idea of being confident and living healthy.
