How does one define success? According to Winston Churchill, "Success is the ability to go from one failure to the other with no loss of enthusiasm." Though the definition may be versatile, the measurement is definite: Have you achieved your goals?
The task of one achieving a goal can be largely determined by the characteristics of an individual. These traits are:
Basing decisions on Values: Important and lasting beliefs or ideals that are key factors that affect our decisions and what we stand for. According to Gus Lee in his book Courage the Backbone of Leadership, the three high core values that we are to embody to achieve success are Integrity, Courage and Character.
