Culture & Vision Create an individual vision of why you want to be a member of this program. What kind of teammate do you want to be? I always strive to be the best teammate I could possibly be. I never want to cause or be involved in any drama whatsoever, and if anything like that ever starts I want to handle the situation as a mature adult. I want to be known as someone my fellow teammates can rely on; they can most definitely count on me all the time. What kind of reputation do you want to have among teammates? This season and in the seasons to come, I want to be known as a peppy, upbeat person on and off the court. I’ve always kept the energy and spirit of the team extremely high because I know if it isn’t lively on the court mistakes are more easily made, and the game is just not as competitive and fun. I want my new teammates to enjoy being around and playing with me. I want to be the person on the court that never gives up, and is determined to play my hardest, and determined to win.
