There are two sides on the issue are pro athletes overpaid. Many people agree with the statement that pro athletes overpaid but some think they're not getting paid enough. It goes many different ways. One of the main reasons people think athletes are overpaid is because they get paid $25,000 a game so they can make the average Us salary in two games. But what it doesn't show to the public are the hours of waiting in airports and weight training all day to prepare for the game. People also don’t know the danger of playing baseball because the players have a huge risk of being hit either from a pitch coming at them 150mph off of a baseball bat at them or having a guy that's 6”6 250lbs running at you full speed on a football field.
