A social net work consists of all the people-friends, family, colleague and others. Traditional social network study can date back about half a century, focusing on interpersonal in small groups due to the difficulty in obtaining large data sets. The advent of modern database technology has greatly stimulated the statistical study of network .The systematic research on the large scale available social network data has created a new subfield of network – sociology which integrates the theories of traditional social networks and modern complex networks Now the WWW is undergoing a landmark revolution from the traditional Web 1.0 to Web 2.0 characterized by social collaborative technologies, such as social Networking site (SNS) ,blog, Wiki and folksonomy . In recent years, as a fast growing business, many SNSs of online Social Networking Sites (SNS) are becoming extremely popular and can be employed in a variety of contexts. They permit the establishment of global relationships that are domain related or can be based on some general need shared by the People, organizations, and governments worldwide are experiencing new innovations of technology almost every day. The development of this technology can greatly support NGOwork, especially through social media and network websites.Manywebsites have been created, and many conferences have already taken place , that address what kind of services and advocacy social media can provide for NGOs . Many NGOs and nonprofits have already created influential niche of organizations interested in how social media and technology can benefit and... ... middle of paper ... ...o it is prudent to continue research and developed of an emergency domain social network. We should not forget, however, that the current generation of social networking sites was developed for the primary objective of practice such as those in emergency preparedness and management. Furthermore, the competition among the current generation of social networking system means that they attempt to capture the user into one system and this makes it difficult for individuals to integrate their activities in different systems. It is very likely a new generation of software products will cater to the professionals associations as sponsors and operators of professional’s social networks. In any case, the system we see today will seem primitive in five years, once mature user requirements emerge for true collaboration and recommending processes under completed user control.
