While teachers build a positive relationship with students, they understand their students in depth, and students prefer to study and share their feelings with their teachers ; in addition, with their support and positive influence, their students are likely to have a glorious future. Because excellent teachers have a great influence on their students by motivation, they become to the extremely important figures in students’ lives. Without they impact knowledge, students are unlikely to receive education and make self-improvement, and if a teacher doesn’t motivated his or her students to learn, students will lose their passion and interest in learning which is not limited to one course but may not be going on smoothly in their academic journey.
