For Example,” India has one of the world’s most diverse and complex migration history.”(2)On every continent and Island, Indian have established communities. Indians has migrated to other countries like Kenya and UK, this movement is called Secondary migration. This profile provides broad overview of Indian migration worldwide, both in past and more recently. During colonial rule, Indian traders had established bases around Indian and Pacific Oceans, like East Africa and south-East Asia. In 1883, colonial powers such as France, Netherland and Portugal, these colonies need several man power. To meet this demands, British's had established an temporary labour migration from the Indian Sub-continent, this account to leave the sub-continent. Immigration to the UK and North America started during Colonial rule in India, several persons moved from India to USA. In early days, there were several Indian migrated to other countries which led to a huge benefits for the countries welfare. For the British's, the number of Indian in British increased although population remains small because of unskilled jobs for low wages. For this reason, Supreme court has established the right under the Indian Constitution.
Student migration is often the gateway for getting a huge money. Apart from this, Students abroad ratio tripled from earlier. Studying in Developed countries has been a tradition for many middle class families. Several developed countries universities has opened a full time office in other countries. Immigrants such as scientist and doctors, who have several reason for the migration are recoverable assets and can play a part in developing opportunities at home. However, opening of diverse and creative conduits are the requirement of recovery. In developing world, healthy services should be supported to maintain their skilled personnel. Individuals living abroad should be involved to create opportunities at home which favours both retention and repatriation of national talent. Enabling national scientific community for coherent development of scientific and technological capacity with the help of expatriate citizens and building an enlightened leadership in a developing country is mutually beneficial.
