(2005). Liberalism as a philosophical tradition is a part of the dominant culture. It is one

of the main schools of international relations theory. “The term liberalism from the Latin

(liber) meaning (free), referred originally to the philosophy of freedom.” In the last few

decades, the meaning of liberalism has been changed to mean something very

different. “The word has been taken over, especially in the United States, by

philosophical socialists and used by them to their government intervention and (Welfare

They also reject the idea that people who lose some aspect of their culture can

compensate by simply adopting a new cultural tradition. Finally, they argue that the well-

being of an individual depends on the well-being of their cultural group or whose cultural

traditions are diminished or destroyed, are less able to live as they choose to live.

Our today world has a lot of conflicts and even wars within some countries in the

region Which have displaced citizens from their areas within the country or forced some

to migrate to other countries. Usually the poor are heading out for better chances and

are accepted by liberal societies and countries and refused by the conservative

governments. The refugees who are accepted by countries like Germany and France

are will treated and provided with their basic needs through human right group, where

the conservative governments refuse them and those succeed to go in spend time in

jail or hardship camps.
